New Estate Agency Powells Unveils Sevenoaks High Street Shopfront Ahead of Autumn 2026 Opening

A new independent estate agency, Powells, has unveiled its shopfront on Sevenoaks High Street, dressing the windows with its branding and a discount offer for its first clients ahead of a planned opening in autumn 2026.

The windows of the unit, on the corner of the High Street, now carry Powells' green-and-gold livery alongside "The Founding 32" - a promotion offering a 0% selling fee to its first 32 sellers and a 0% letting fee to its first 32 landlords, provided the property is in the TN13, TN14 or TN15 postcode areas. According to the company's terms, sales clients taking up the offer are tied into 20 weeks of sole selling rights, with a £500 cancellation fee during that period, while lettings clients also get six months of free management.

Powells describes itself as a new independent sales and lettings agency for Sevenoaks. Oliver Powell, who gives his title as Director and Head of Sales on the company's social media accounts, is the public face of the venture. Companies House records show the registered company, Powell's Estates Limited, was incorporated in May 2025, with its two listed directors named as Lewis Dylan Powell and Morgan David Powell.
