Tonbridge Letting Agent Addressed Named Best Online Letting Agent UK at the ESTAS

A Tonbridge property firm is marking its 10th anniversary with a national award. Addressed, which provides letting and property management services from its office on the High Street, has been named Best Online Letting Agent UK at this year's ESTAS Awards, the property industry's awards scheme that is decided by verified customer reviews rather than a judging panel.

The ESTAS Awards cover estate agents, letting agents, conveyancers and mortgage brokers across the UK, with winners chosen from reviews submitted by the agents' own clients through the ESTAS platform. Addressed's own announcement names the honour as Best Online Letting Agent UK, and the firm appears as the sole entry in the "Online" category on the ESTAS's official 2026 winners list - in effect, the national winner among online letting and property management agents.

The 2026 winners were announced at a ceremony at Grosvenor House in London on Friday, October 16, hosted as usual by television property expert Phil Spencer, who has fronted the ESTAS Awards for over two decades. Co-owner Matthew Hawkins said it was a proud moment for the team, with the award reflecting feedback from customers who had used the firm's services.

Addressed National Ltd was incorporated in April 2016, making 2026 its 10th year in business. Companies House records list the firm at 192 High Street, Tonbridge, with Matthew Hawkins among its directors. The business provides letting and property management services for landlords, working from its High Street office with a team of eight staff.
