West Kent Expo Returns to Tonbridge for a Fourth Year, Booking Now Open

The West Kent Expo will return to Tonbridge for a fourth year on Wednesday 10 March 2027, with organisers Invest West Kent and GLL now taking bookings from businesses that want to exhibit, sponsor or simply attend.

The Expo runs from 10am to 3pm at The River Centre on Medway Wharf Road, and is free to attend for anyone wanting to look around, hear from speakers or sit in on workshops. Exhibiting or sponsoring a stand costs money and is booked separately through the event's own site. The organisers have also added an Enterprise Hub this year aimed specifically at early-stage businesses: a stand on the River Centre's ground floor, next to the workshop space and cafeteria, priced at £50 plus VAT and allocated first come, first served - a noticeably lower barrier to entry than a standard exhibitor package.

Launched in March 2024, the Expo has grown each year it's run. The 2026 edition attracted more than 500 delegates and over 60 exhibitors, and organisers are using that as the benchmark for 2027. It's organised by Invest West Kent - a partnership between Sevenoaks District Council, Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council and Tunbridge Wells Borough Council - working with leisure and events operator GLL, which puts three of West Kent's four councils directly behind a single annual business event.
