Sevenoaks Town Secure Solid Home Win Over Hastings United

Sevenoaks Town: K. Diomande (76') N. Carney (91')

Sevenoaks Town produced a patient and controlled performance to overcome Hastings United at The Bourne Stadium.

The game remained goalless for much of the contest, with both sides struggling to create clear-cut chances. Sevenoaks, however, stayed organised and gradually took control as the match progressed.

The breakthrough arrived in the 76th minute when K. Diomande found the net to give the hosts a deserved lead.

Hastings attempted to respond but were kept at bay by a disciplined Sevenoaks defence. Deep into stoppage time, N. Carney added a second goal to secure the result and cap off a solid afternoon’s work for the home side.
