A26 Derby Under the Lights: Tonbridge Angels Host Maidstone United on Tuesday

West Kent's biggest fixture returns on Tuesday night, as Tonbridge Angels host Maidstone United in an A26 derby under the lights at Longmead.

Both clubs go into the game in form. Tonbridge Angels ran up a 5-1 win over newly-promoted Walton & Hersham on Bank Holiday Monday, having drawn 2-2 away at Billericay Town two days earlier to keep an unbeaten away record intact. Maidstone United arrive unbeaten in five, most recently a 4-1 win at Hampton & Richmond Borough in which Tom Leahy scored twice.

The clubs are familiar foes. They met in the league and in the Kent Senior Cup final last season, the league game at Longmead finishing 1-1 and the final going to Maidstone 2-0 at Priestfield in a match marred by a late brawl that saw Angels striker Alfie Pavey sent off.

Supporters should plan ahead. The match is all-ticket with no cash entry, and the ground will be fully segregated: home fans enter through the South turnstiles and Maidstone fans through the North turnstiles, with turnstiles opening at 6pm ahead of the 7.45pm kick-off. Parking at Longmead is limited and first come, first served, and anyone under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. For those without a ticket, the game is being shown live on National League TV via DAZN. Source: tonbridgeangels.co.uk
