Nathan Jeche's Brace Gives Sevenoaks Town Their First League Win of the Season

Sevenoaks Town: Nathan Jeche (34') Nathan Jeche (84')

Margate: William Thomas (51')

Sevenoaks Town picked up their first league win of the season, holding off a Margate side who arrived at Bourne Stadium in the division's top four. Nathan Jeche put the hosts ahead just before the half-hour mark, and Sevenoaks went in at the break 1-0 up.

Margate levelled through William Thomas shortly after the restart, setting up a nervy final third of the game for a Sevenoaks side that had taken just three points from their first five league matches, all draws and defeats. But Jeche struck again on 84 minutes to restore the lead and this time it held, a first league win of the season that arrests an underwhelming start to the campaign. Source: isthmian.co.uk
