New homes taking shape on Bradbourne Vale Road in Sevenoaks

The homes will also be equipped with air source heat pumps, reflecting a growing shift towards low-carbon living in new-build developments across the UK.

The scheme replaces a previous building on the site and represents a modest increase in housing density, meaning more residents will be living in the area once completed.

Developers say the project is part of their wider expansion into Kent, with more sites expected to be announced in the future.
