Perfect Tribute as Angels Honour Devonte with 3–2 Victory

Tonbridge Angels: Noah McCann (3') Ethan Sutcliffe (34') Alfie Pavey (57')

Chippenham Town: Luke Haines (13') Ezio Touray (39')

Tonbridge Angels marked an emotional afternoon with a stirring 3–2 win over Chippenham Town, honouring the late Devonte Aransibia in a tribute-filled occasion at the Yeomans Community Stadium.

Playing in green - Devonte’s favourite colour - Angels twice took the lead through Noah McCann and Ethan Sutcliffe before Alfie Pavey’s second-half strike proved decisive in a fiercely contested match.

Tonbridge continued to press, with Kyle Smith calling Hornchurch goalkeeper Arthur Nasta into action soon after. At that stage, the Angels looked firmly in control.

A powerful 90 minutes - and a reminder that some days are bigger than football.
